The GAA believes that having a proper mentoring structure will ensure that the internships provided as part of the GAA/JobBridge Fís scheme are of the highest quality possible.
Having an appointed mentor will allow all interns to have access to a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. The mentors appointed may either be full-time or part-time personnel or experienced volunteers.
